With inviting personalities that sparkle on stage, the Victoria Piano Quartet is guaranteed to delight our devoted chamber music audience and provide a wonderful enticement to dip one’s toes into this genre. Terence Tam (violin), Yariv Aloni (viola), Pamela Highbaugh Aloni (cello), and Lorraine Min (piano) - long time friends and colleagues, harbour favourites all, return once again to present two programs of Masterworks (some known and some less known) for the Piano Quartet. -
Enter the Omega String Trio, three of Canada’s finest chamber musicians, Marc Destrubé (violin), Yariv Aloni (viola) and Pamela Highbaugh Aloni (cello). Their love of playing together and a wish to explore some unique repertoire for this combination of instruments led to the formation of their trio. Join us for an intimate glimpse into a golden age in European cultural life with rarely-heard works by four generations of Viennese composers.
