  • Seumas Gagne is an extraordinary Celtic harpist and singer who is fluent in Scottish Gaelic. He is also a composer and sought after instructor in both harp and Gaelic. Seumas was winner of the solo harp competition at the Royal Scottish MOD in Scotland. He will be joined by violinist Christine Traxler and cellist Eli Weinberger. Get ready for an afternoon of heartfelt Celtic instrumentals and traditional songs.
Sponsored in part by Deb Young and Don Terrillon, and Ginny Byrnes-McKnight and Jim McKnight.
  • Banish the February ‘blahs’ with John Reischman and the Jaybirds! This Grammy award-winning mandolinist light-heartedly refers to his twice-Juno nominated group, The Jaybirds, as a “gateway bluegrass band” – roots music with enough drive and energy to be true bluegrass, but folky enough to be perfect for any audience.
Sponsored in part by Margaret and Ken O’Coffey, and Jane McOuat Farrer.
  • Lifelong friends and colleagues, Nico Rhodes (we know him!) and Patrick Courtin deliver everything from classical to bombastic boogie, embracing all musical genres on two keyboards and a synthesizer. What ensues is a mishmash of theatre, comedy, audience participation, heartfelt stories, a pinch of history, and a world of musical madness. This 10:30 am show is for the entire family.
Sponsored in part by Megan Stuart-Stubbs and Nick Murphy, and Lyn and Bill Charlton.
Tickets are $10 (children under age 12) and $15 (adults).

  • The unique duo of guitarist Charles Hobson and flautist Marie-Noelle Choquette hail from Montreal and have a stellar international reputation. They bring us an original repertoire that features music by composers who have used traditional dances, stories or songs to inspire their works, pushing the boundary of classical music.
Sponsored in part by Backstream Physiotherapy, and Karen and Gary Strong.
  • Young Canadians, multi-award winners, sought-after soloists and chamber musicians! We welcome the return of pianist Meagan Milatz (remember meagan & amy) and are delighted to meet cellist Cameron Crozman. Meagan, who was chosen as one of CBC’s “30 hot Canadian classical musicians under 30” and Cameron, who was hailed as “Canada’s next big cello star,” have rocketed into the international sphere. This is a special concert to bring our series to a joyful conclusion.
Sponsored in part by Sunshine Coast Credit Union and Moon Dance Vacation.
