A full house warmly welcomed Paul Marleyn and Silvia Fraser back to our stage. These supremely talented artists presented a recital entitled “The Slavic Soul” with wonderful works by Rachmaninov, Janacek, Popper and a very moving Epitaph by the Ukrainian composer, Valentin Silvestrov.
We dedicated this programme to Marg Penney who had over two decades of devoted service to the Music Society and what a pleasure to have her join us for this concert.
