Rent the Performance Centre

The Performance Centre is available for facility rentals and events.

A charming, light-filled building situated overlooking the ocean, our venue will accommodate up to 110 people.

Regular Rental Fees:

$60 for up to 3 hours*
$120 for 3–6 hours*
$180 for a full-day (24 hours)*

*Refundable damage deposit of $90 required

Frequent Renters:

$30 for up to 3 hours
$60 for 3–6 hours

Performance Facilities:

Grand Piano Rental – $150 per use*
Green Room
Fully Equipped Kitchen – $100 per event
Projector – $30 per use
Lights or Sound Only – $100 per event, includes our mandatory technician
Both Lights & Sound – $150 per event, includes our mandatory technician

* Refundable damage deposit of $500 required

Large Viewing Screen

Important:

If alcohol will be consumed by your group at our venue you must obtain from LCB and show proof of a Liquor License.

Depending on the activities planned for your rental, you may be required to obtain and show proof of Event Insurance.
