In addition to the normal agenda for the AGM, two special resolutions will be presented. These resolutions relate to the requirement to transition to the new Society Act, passed November 28, 2016.
The first resolution recognizes the use of the Bylaws revised and passed at our AGM June 12, 2013, which have been adjusted for any required changes under the new act, for transition purposes.
The second resolution relates to a change in our Constitution which was also passed at the AGM June 12, 2013, but cannot be filed at transition and requires a separate resolution.
