On Saturday evening, May 27th, Victoria’s Clover Point Drifters returned to the School of Music to deliver their special brand of bluegrass music. Despite the fact that many songs were about heartache and hardship – always the warp and woof of bluegrass – the mood in the room was not sombre, it was joyous. The band clearly had a good time and their audience was with them every step of the way – toe tapping and chair dancing! What a great finale to the 2016/2017 concert series!
