A charming, light-filled building situated overlooking the ocean, our venue will accommodate up to 80 people seated for reception-style events or 100 people for a concert/ lecture style event.

Projector – $30 per use
Lights or Sound Only – $100 per event, includes our mandatory technician
Both Lights & Sound – $150 per event, includes our mandatory technician
